Brooks® provides a variety of software and accessory options to ensure mass flow controllers perform at their best. Calibration and control software, as well as certified calibration standards, allow customers to perform calibration checks to verify accuracy and repeatability.

* More rigorous programs available for configuration, calibration and advanced service
* Secondary electronics units available for up to four channels offer easy visual indication, control of flow, and also provide external power
