JAVAC continually invests in advanced manufacturing equipment. 
This also means first-rate facilities for services like re-manufacturing pumps and associated equipment calibrating gauges, leak detection and servicing specialist gear such as turbo molecular pumps, mechanical boosters, cryogenic pumps and re-gassing of helium and other refrigerants.
Being a manufacturer, JAVAC has skills and facilities no ordinary distributor can provide. Our NATA registered ISO-9001 quality system ensures our specially trained personnel maintain factory specifications for all work undertaken.
What products do we manufacture/distribute?
JAVAC (Jigtool then) commenced its operation as a manufacturer of precision components such as universal joints and tube expanders.
In 1970, as Jigtool High Vacuum, it started developing a line of high vacuum pumps which became know for their precision and reliability. Jigtool were the first in the world to offer the interchangeable vacuum pump cartridge, known as the VacPak.
Then in 1981, Jigtool had a name change and became known as JAVAC. By 1986, JAVAC became the Australian agent for Leybold. Still to this very day we remain their loyal agent and will continue to do so.
In 1990, following the Montreal Protocol to reduce ozone depletion, JAVAC introduced the RECO range of Refrigerant, Recovery and Charging Equipment.
The late 1990s saw the introduction of the ECO high-speed refrigerator filling machines, and the amazing Xtract-R oil-free recovery program.
In 2002 a new revolutionary range of high vacuum pumps was introduced, further cementing JAVAC's prominence as a world innovator and leader in HVAC service equipment.
In 2004, JAVAC celebrated its 40th birthday and our determination to remain at the forefront of the industry has meant an ongoing investment in advanced manufacturing equipment.
