Micro Dia-Vac® Pumps The Micro Dia-Vac® pump is the smallest pump offered by ADI providing exceptional quality, reliability and affordability. Available with general purpose shaded pole or brush/ brushless DC motor options. Maximum performance range: 0-13 LPM, 0-28"Hg, and 0-30 PSIG. Mini Dia-Vac® Pumps The Mini Dia-Vac® is an excellent choice when your application requires an extremely durable diaphragm pump. The mini Dia-Vac with its special capacitor run feature, large bearings and fan allows for cool continuous operation with minimal maintenance. Available with General purpose, liquid duty TENV, Air Driven, ATEX, and brushless DC motor options. Maximum performance ranges 0-36 LPM, 0-22"HG and 33 PSIG Standard Dia-Vac® Pumps These rugged pumps have withstood the test of time! Explosion Proof Dia-Vac® Pumps ADI's Dia-Vac® pumps are available with Explosion proof UL (Class I, Div I group B, C, D), CSA, ATEX (EExd IIC T4 IP65), and Air Driven motor options. Maximum performance: 0-29.9" HG, 0-150 LPM, 0-75 PSIG Heated Head Dia-Vac® Pumps Heated Head options are available on the entire line of Dia-Vac® pumps up to a maximum of 400° F / 200° C. Using electrical heaters cartridges with either a thermocouple or fixed thermostatic temperature options, the heated head Dia-Vac® can help alleviate moisture condensation with the pump head. ADI also offers extended or elevated head options to allow you the option of placing the head directly into a heated compartment while the motor remains at ambient temperatures. Should the primary diaphragm fail, the other diaphragm keeps the sample flow intact. The 1/8" NPT port connection allows the user to add a leak detection system and alarm.
