Jabsco 24-series hygienic rotary lobe pumps have been in service worldwide for nearly 20 years. The continued popularity of the 24-series reflects the advanced hygienic design and manufacturing methods brought in by Jabsco at the time of its introduction. 24-series pumps use the tri-lobe rotor design proven in service with the world's leading producers of food products, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics

Adaptable: modular design permits prompt pump assembly to suit the exact specification required for a given application. Rugged: large diameter shafts, mounted in precision tapered-roller bearings and rigidly mounted for maximum shaft stiffness, to resist over-pressure and other kinds of rough use. Low Maintenance: shaft, bearing and gear assemblies are immersed in an oil bath, for long life even at the pump's limits of operating pressure and temperature. Fully interchangeable rotors avoid the need for routine re-timing, but the timing gears are easily accessible if re-timing should become necessary.
